We ship all domestic orders (US zip codes) using the US Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Merchandise Return Policy:
Please return unopened product to us by Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation. Miss Anna's will refund the purchase price, but not shipping costs. We will not refund purchase price or shipping for opened products.
Damaged/Broken Shipment:
In the event you open the box and a bottle has broken, please notify us and include your order number. We will gladly replace the item.
